Gym Reminder respects your privacy. This policy describes what data the app uses and why.

Data we collect

• Location: only when the app is in use or based on permissions you grant, to detect whether you're within your gym's radius.
• Local settings: gym address, schedules, active days, reminder preferences, and apps to limit.
• Attendance history: visit dates and status, stored on your device.
• Anonymous usage analytics: a random device identifier, app version, language, and basic events. Your GPS coordinates are not transmitted.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't display your gym address on public-facing screens in the app.
• We don't operate a social network or shared activity feed.

How we use location

Location is used exclusively to validate gym entry and exit, estimate distance, and record attendance. You can revoke permission anytime in iOS Settings.

Storage

Most data stays on your device. If you use system features (such as Screen Time), Apple processes those controls under its own policies.

Third-party services

We operate our own analytics API at api.gymreminder.app.

Deleting your data

Uninstalling the app removes local data from your device. To request deletion of anonymous analytics, email contact@gymreminder.app.
